PRFV profiles are manufactured using the pultrusion method, using special machinery where fiberglass fibers impregnated with resin pass through a mold and cure through heat. The fiberglass-reinforced profile is cut to size in the same production line by an automatic mechanism. Since it is an automated process, the uniformity of the section and properties is guaranteed.
From PRFV profiles, various applications can be manufactured or applied in different sectors such as:

PRFV Laminate or Composite
The application of manual or projected laminate allows the manufacture of parts and coatings of any size or volume from a mold.
Different types of resins can be applied, including:
- Orthophthalic
- Isophthalic
- Vinyl ester
As well as different reinforcements:
- Glass fibers
- Carbon fiber
- Polyamide fiber
This allows the manufacturing of parts for:
- Railway
- Furniture: chairs, lights, or embellishments
