Fiberglass Gratings (PRFV)
Fiberglass gratings are available with different surfaces, whether concave or with fine or coarse silica grit. All types of resin are self-extinguishing and stable against UV radiation.
They offer the highest safety standards and have the slip resistance class R13, DIN 51130. Molded fiberglass gratings have a matrix of polyester resin (orthostatic, isophthalic, or vinyl ester). The glass content is approximately 35%. The standard colors are green, yellow, or gray, and other colors are available according to the RAL color system.
All types of resin are self-extinguishing and stable against UV radiation.
PRFV Covers
PRFV covers or safety floors are also available with vinyl ester or phenolic resin. All types of resin are self-extinguishing and stable in the face of UV radiation.
Standard PRFV safety floors or covers have a polyester resin matrix with a glass content of approximately 35%. The standard colors are gray, yellow, or green, and other colors are available according to the RAL color system.
